Concierge Medicine

Concierge medicine is a healthcare service that pairs exclusive and personalized care through managing your annual healthcare goals. It allows us to provide a comprehensive overview of your medical history, family history, and surgical history. Some of the things we’ll look for during a concierge medicine appointment include:

General Health This includes labs (billed to Plan to extent Practice in-network or authorized), vitals, and vision. General health checks can help identify and prevent certain diseases.

Whole Body Preventative/Cardiovascular Health We’d be incorporating technology-aided screening methods to high-risk and asymptomatic patients. This allows us to detect life-threatening conditions and treat them before they worsen.

Pulmonary Health We’d be examining the health of your lungs and providing tips on how to keep them healthy.

Cancer Screening Cancer screenings include skin and mole mapping, as well as cancer marker testing.

Alzheimer’s/Dementia We will provide objective memory testing to determine if you have Alzheimer’s disease or any other form of dementia.

Genetic Risk Analysis We perform various tests to see if you are genetically predisposed to certain diseases and sicknesses. We’ll also help come up with a preventive treatment plan for you.

Diabetes Screening We will use blood screening tests twice on two different days to measure your blood sugar levels. The second test is taken to confirm the initial results. Higher blood sugar levels mean a person is more likely to get a positive result for diabetes.

Metabolic Health This includes state-of-the-art labs personalized to your needs. Good metabolic health means your blood sugar, waist circumference, blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides are all within a healthy range.

Men’s/Women’s Health Issues We’ll check for signs of low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, or other issues in men. We’ll check women’s gynecological health and other concerns.

Lifestyle This all includes exercise, nutrition, and more. We will also be taking your body composition measurements.

Mental Health Screening This is an exam of your emotional health and helps determine if you have a mental disorder such as depression, ADHD, PTSD, or more. You may need a mental health screening if you’re experiencing symptoms various symptoms of a mood disorder.

3D Body Scanning We’ll use various technologies to investigate your body for disease or abnormalities. 3D body scanning can be performed in seconds with only a single camera.

Nutritionist Evaluation During a nutritional assessment, we will collect and interpret information to determine the nature and cause of certain nutrition health-related issues affecting a person.
